Water (effective January 1, 2011) Water rate is determined by the size of the water meter plus water consumption. Water consumption is measured in volume based on one hundred cubic feet. (Example of SFR utility bill) Meter size Monthly charge 5/8” and 3/4” = $23.43 1” = $29.62 1½” = $31.95 2” = $55.76 3” = $67.63 4” = $127.04 6” = $328.52 For each additional dwelling, apartment, unit, or business inside the City limits, there will be a minimum charge of $14.95 per month. For each additional dwelling, apartment, unit, or business outside the City limits, there will be a minimum charge of $29.90 per month.
